Our finite element analysis (FEA) services provide detailed engineering analysis of components and systems with complex geometries. This advanced numerical method divides structures into small elements, mathematically modeling the behavior of each element to accurately simulate the behavior of the entire system. In our structural analyses, we calculate stress distributions, deformations, and natural frequencies of the system under static and dynamic loads. With thermal analyses, we examine heat transfer processes, temperature distributions, and thermal expansion effects to determine thermal stresses and deformations. Our contact analyses evaluate force transfer, friction effects, and wear potential at contact surfaces in systems where multiple parts interact. In our optimization studies, we determine the optimal values of design parameters according to defined objective functions (minimum weight, maximum strength, etc.). In all these analyses, we use industry-standard software to provide our customers with detailed reports and improvement recommendations.
